Tamara is passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma and other emotionally painful experiences that contributes to signs for depression, signs for anxiety, stress, and relationship problems.

Tamara takes an intersectional approach to mental health therapy. This intersectional therapy approach looks at how all of your identities inform your decision making and the coping skills you use to survive your lived experiences. People who receiving individual therapy from Tamara discover and engage in the action of developing the best life for them to thrive.

Tamara has a Social Justice Certification from Emory University, a Masters of Science from UPENN, and a Certification in Advanced Clinical Practice and Forensic Mental Health from New York University.
