Jaimee Sheppard

Jaimee is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Philadelphia who creates a therapy space that is safe, affirming, and honest—an environment that fosters healing from early attachment wounds. She is a compassionate and client-centered trauma therapist who specializes in working with individuals impacted by trauma and substance use.

Jaimee uses evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic therapy approaches to support clients in reclaiming their stories and building meaningful lives. She believes in honoring each person’s unique strengths and is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate recovery, process past experiences, and cultivate resilience.

Jaimee earned her Master’s in Trauma and Community Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University. She also holds a Prolonged Exposure Therapy certification to treat PTSD.

She offers therapy appointments both in-person and virtually, on weekdays and Saturdays.
