Virtual Psychotherapy

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Virtual Psychotherapy

Real Healing, Virtual Connection

Is online psychotherapy effective?

We understand that taking this step can feel uncertain, but we want to reassure you that online therapy truly works. Research consistently shows virtual therapy can be just as healing and transformative as in-person sessions. Many of our clients tell us they actually feel more comfortable opening up from their own safe spaces at home. There’s something powerful about connecting with your therapist while surrounded by your own familiar comforts. Your healing journey matters deeply, whether we’re meeting face-to-face or screen-to-screen. The connection, understanding, and growth happen either way.

How much does virtual therapy cost?

We know conversations about money and therapy can feel overwhelming when you’re already dealing with so much. Virtual therapy typically ranges from $75-$200 per session, but please know there are many ways to make this investment in yourself more manageable. Many insurance plans now cover telehealth sessions, and we’re committed to working with you to explore all possibilities. Some of our therapists offer sliding scale options based on what you can afford, and we can help connect you with community resources if needed. Remember, investing in your mental wellbeing ripples out to every area of your life – your relationships, work, and sense of self. You deserve this care, and we’re here to help make it accessible.

Can psychotherapy be done via telehealth?

Absolutely! The screen between us doesn’t diminish the depth of healing work we can do together. Almost every therapeutic approach – from cognitive behavioral therapy to trauma work to mindfulness practices – translates wonderfully to virtual sessions. Our therapists have developed thoughtful ways to create sacred, healing spaces online where you feel seen, heard, and valued.

Many clients tell us they appreciate skipping the commute and connecting from spaces where they already feel comfortable. Your healing journey matters deeply to us, and we’ve seen countless transformations bloom through virtual connections. The most important element isn’t the medium – it’s the relationship we build together and your commitment to your own growth.

You may benefit from virtual psychotherapy if you identify with the following:

Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment?

Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and don’t have the time to drive across town for an appointment?

Do you live in a more rural area that may take longer to drive into Philadelphia?

Do you have a disability or illness that makes transportation a challenge?

Do you simply prefer to do things online?
