As a Person of Color therapist who also provides therapy for college students, teens, and adults in Philadelphia, Catriana is dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This ensures that as a client, you will be able to navigate life challenges in a collaborative manner, and will feel validated, seen, and empowered in the therapy relationship.

Specifically, if you are struggling with difficult relationships with family, partners, or friends. Catriana is competent in helping adults of all ages cope with life transitions, identity concerns, setting boundaries, negative thoughts, and academic or career stress, in order for them to increase self-esteem and thrive in daily life.

Catriana is also an ideal fit for you if you are seeking a dynamic therapist who understands that not every Person of Color, Latino, or Hispanic individual is the same.
